The Memphis Municipal Court that hears violations of city ordinances such as (parking tickets, etc.) that are issued by the Memphis Police Department and the court is able to give you up to 30 days in jail and up to a $50 fine in most cases unless specifically stated otherwise. There are 3 divisions and 1 judge per division: Division 1 Kenya Hooks, Division 2 Varonica Cooper, Division 3 Jayne Chandler.
