Background and career
Kenney is a retired U.S. Army master sergeant and combat veteran who served two tours at Fort Campbell and settled in Clarksville in 1994 1. He pastors The Garden Church and previously served as director of Safe Harbor of Tennessee, a residential drug and alcohol recovery center 1.
