A native of Alamance County, Frazier graduated from Graham High School and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theater from Elon University, later returning to the area after a career in stage lighting design in New York City. Frazier’s professional experience spans theater, aviation, and finance. After working for SkySouth Aviation, she joined Impact Fulfillment Services in 2018, where she built a financial planning and analysis team. When the company was acquired by Ryder System in 2023, she continued to lead the finance team for the contract packaging and manufacturing business unit ¹¹.

In the community, Frazier is a wife and mother of a 10‑year‑old son. She has sung in the Chancel Choir at First Presbyterian Church for nearly two decades, serves on the board of the upcoming Centerpoint Classical Academy charter school, and volunteers as a Reading Buddy at Andrews Elementary School ¹¹.
