Amanda Brown Kotis is the Democratic candidate for the Iredell County Board of Commissioners in the 2026 general election.
Kotis was the Democratic nominee for North Carolina House District 95 in both the 2020 and 2022 general elections, challenging Republican incumbent Grey Mills Jr. both times (both primaries were uncontested). In 2020 she received 34.3% of the vote (19,098 votes) to Mills's 65.7% (36,557 votes); in 2022 she received 32.5% (10,854 votes) to Mills's 67.5% (22,524 votes) 1.
