Jason Greathouse is the Democratic nominee for the Williamson County Board of Education, District 2, in the August 6, 2026 general election, facing Republican Randy Allen 12. He is a Spring Hill resident and the father of two Williamson County Schools graduates, and says his goal as a board member is to support students, teachers, and staff and ensure equitable opportunities across the district 13. His campaign does not accept corporate PAC dollars 1.

Platform
According to his campaign, Greathouse advocates "world-class learning for every student" with robust academics, arts, and vocational pathways; supports teaching comprehensive history including civil rights, women's suffrage, and the experiences of marginalized communities; opposes book bans and the "sanitization" of history; supports inclusive policies protecting students "without regard to race, sex, creed, color, national origin, or disability"; and favors separating religious instruction from the school curriculum, viewing that as a choice belonging to families and faith communities 3.
