William Edward Martin, known as Ed Martin, is the incumbent Northampton County Commissioner for District 3 and is seeking re-election in the 2026 general election. He currently serves as Chairman of the Northampton County Board of Commissioners, having been elected to that role in December 2022. His current term expires in 2026. District 3 encompasses the Roanoke and Jackson Township areas, including the communities of Jackson, Rehobeth, Lasker, and Potecasi.
