Adam D. Austill, of Covington, Tennessee, is an independent candidate for Tennessee's 8th Congressional District in the 2026 election 12. The redrawn 8th district stretches from Memphis-area suburbs in Shelby County across rural West Tennessee counties into Middle Tennessee, and is currently represented by Republican incumbent David Kustoff, who is seeking reelection 12. Austill is one of six independent candidates certified for the district's ballot, alongside Wendell "Wells" Blankenship, Pamela Jeanine "P." Moses, Antonio Futch, Horace Taylor, and Henry J. Ward III 12.
