Background and education

Knox is a lifelong resident of Cannon County's Readyville Community 1. She has completed the County Officials Certificate Training Program and regularly attends Middle Tennessee Trustee Association meetings, where she serves as Vice President 12.

Career

Knox worked in the Trustee's office for eight years before being elected County Trustee, a role in which she serves as the county's banker and tax collector - receiving state and federal funds, collecting property and utility taxes, accounting for county funds, and managing investment of idle county funds 12.
