Olsen's campaign priorities include fair representation across all Fletcher neighborhoods, government transparency, implementation of the Fletcher Connects mobility plan, comprehensive stormwater management, responsible development, and support for a library facility in Fletcher.

Olsen works as an origination manager. He has professional experience in infrastructure project development and land-use planning.
Olsen has served five years on the Fletcher Youth Baseball and Softball board, three years on the Fletcher ABC Board, and as a member of the New Fletcher Library Partners. He pioneered the recording and public posting of Fletcher town council meetings.
Family
Olsen is married and is raising three children in Fletcher.
