Ralph Randall Reagan is a Republican candidate for the Cumberland County Commission in the 7th District, which elects two commissioners 12. He advanced from the May 5, 2026 county primary (about 40 percent) to the August 6 general election, alongside fellow Republican and incumbent Jerry Cooper (about 58 percent) 2.
Reagan founded and leads the Bread of Life Rescue Mission, a Crossville homeless shelter and outreach ministry, where he works in intake and daily operations. He began the mission while serving as an assistant pastor at First Baptist Church, after learning that homeless people were sleeping in local hospital waiting rooms and that area churches were spending heavily on motel rooms for them. Reagan says he spent more than three years visiting churches across Crossville to build support, and that he and Connie Reagan took a personal loan to help start the mission. He describes its approach as turning no one away: "We do not turn anyone away. We try to get them to come in" 1.
