Bobby W. Vann is the incumbent Circuit Court Clerk of Campbell County, Tennessee, serving Tennessee's 8th Judicial District (Campbell, Fentress, Scott, and Union counties) 14. Vann ran unopposed in the May 2026 Republican primary, receiving 3,575 votes, and is unopposed on the August 6, 2026 county general election ballot 23.
Office history
Vann was sworn in for his fourth term as Circuit Court Clerk in August 2022, in a ceremony administered by 8th Judicial District Circuit Court Judge John McAfee 4.
