Office history
Wilcox has a CTAS county-official record as a Unicoi County commissioner, with an address on Highway 107 in Unicoi 2. As a commissioner he took part in the county's December 2019 vote to declare Unicoi County a "Second Amendment Sanctuary," which passed unanimously; Wilcox said the measure meant the county does not support anything that violates the Second Amendment 3.
