Dewayne Baird is the incumbent Campbell County Commissioner for District 3, one of five candidates running for the three District 3 seats in the August 6, 2026 county general election, alongside fellow incumbents Lawrence "Rusty" Orick and Scott Stanfield (both running as independents) and challengers Jason Shetterly and Anthony D.
