Tim Fuller is the incumbent Sheriff of Franklin County, Tennessee. 1 He is running for re-election on the August 6, 2026 county general ballot as an Independent candidate, against Republican Party nominee Charles Keller and Independent candidate Troy Parsons Jr. 2
Career
Fuller has served with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office since 1985, rising from deputy sheriff to sergeant, to criminal investigator in 1988 and Captain of Investigations in 1990. He graduated from the FBI National Academy in 1996 and was promoted to Chief Deputy in 2001. 1

Fuller was first elected Sheriff of Franklin County in 2006 and was re-elected in 2022. 13
