Walker A. Adams is the incumbent Tipton County Commissioner for District 4 and is a Republican Party nominee for reelection to one of the district's two seats in the August 6, 2026 general election, running alongside fellow Republican nominee Jason R. Skinner. District 4 elects two commissioners; with only Adams and Skinner running in the May 5, 2026 Republican primary for the two open seats, both advanced to the general election ballot (Adams received 230 votes to Skinner's 217) 12.

Adams was reelected to the District 4 commission seat in the 2022 Tipton County general election 3.
