He serves on the Finance, Ways and Means Committee; the Financial Management Committee; the Fiber Research Committee; the Rules Committee; and the Nursing Home Board 1. He is a former chairman of the Weakley County Republican Party and a past president of the Tennessee County Commissioners Association 1.
