Mr. McKee is currently serving his third term as Alderman until 2024. He was elected to his first term as Alderman in the 2011 municipal election. He was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to Arlington in 2002. His wishes for Arlington include a strong and stable world class education system, a successful and philanthropic business community looking forward to the next 50 years of growth and change while maintaining the unique "feel" of Arlington, and a caring and neighborly community of residents that desire a better Arlington for our children and grandchildren by volunteering their time and resources.
Family: Alderman McKee has been married to his wife Amanda for 14 years and they have three daughters Aubrey, Olivia, and Kendall.
Career: Alderman McKee has been a territory manager for Boston Scientific Neuromodulation since 2007 and has been in Medical Sales since 2000.
Civic: Has previously served on the Communications Committee, and currently serves on the Design Review Committee. He was a founding member of the Merchants of Depot Square Association, which brings such great events to the community as the annual Easter Egg Hunt, Harvest Gathering and Music on the Square. He volunteered and worked on building the playground of Dreams as well as the construction of the gazebo located at Depot Square, currently used as the stage for Music on the Square.
Religion: Alderman McKee is an active member at Bellevue Baptist Church.
Education: He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union University.
Hobbies: He enjoys time with wife, Amanda and three daughters as well as bike riding and golfing.
