Career
Miller serves as Director of the Hawkins County Emergency Management Agency, based at 150 East Washington Street, Suite 2, in Rogersville 23. In that role he coordinates local, regional, state, and federal emergency-response resources for the county and oversees its preparedness, response, and recovery operations 3. During the county's response to Hurricane Helene's aftermath in late 2024, Miller's EMA was among the agencies tracked as running an elevated workload 4.
