Leo Shalhoup is the Republican nominee for Hamblen County Commission District 12 on the August 6, 2026 county general-election ballot, opposed by Democrat Bryant Frankford 1. Shalhoup won the Republican primary on May 5, 2026, defeating incumbent commissioner Bobby Haun -- who was then serving as chairman of the Hamblen County Commission -- by 330 votes to 307 12.
