Kevin Quinn was born and raised in the Arkansas Delta, south of Helena, then moved to Jonesboro, AR to attend Arkansas State University.
Kevin has lived in Bartlett for 19 years and Shelby County for 33 years. He is married to Crandall with 3 children (Elizabeth, Amelia & Robert) who attend Bartlett City Schools and they all live on the edge of the Bartlett Historic District. Kevin was elected as Bartlett Alderman Position 6 in 2020.
In addition to formerly serving on the boards of several Memphis non-profits and the Shelby County Historical Commission, Kevin currently serves on the board of the Bartlett Education Foundation; the Tennessee Municipal League District 8 as Secretary; Chairman of the Bartlett Historic Preservation Commission; Alderman liaison to the Bartlett Performing Arts & Conference Center and the Bartlett Industrial Development Board; the President of the Bartlett Historical Society; President of the Davies Manor Association (the historical site); Vice-President of the West Tennessee Historical Society; Social Media advisor to the Northeast Shelby Republicans; and advisory board member to the Wolf River District, Chickasaw Council, Boy Scouts of America. He was also in the Bartlett Leadership class of 2020 and voted 2023 Man of the Year by readers of the Bartlett Express newspaper.
Kevin worked in broadcast television for 23 years, radio for 2 years, and is currently a Digital Media Specialist, as well as a partner in Quinn Family Farm, LLC.
