His campaign slogan is "Vote for experience and efficiency" 3. Early voting runs Friday July 17 through Saturday August 1; Election Day is Thursday August 6 3.
Background and career
Cameron self-describes more than eighteen years on the bench in the Shelby County Environmental Court 2. Over the years he has heard cases not only in the courtroom but throughout Memphis and Shelby County in General Sessions Division 14 Community Courts — including Frayser, Millington, Hickory Hill, and Whitehaven 2.
Cameron previously won a 2022 special election for Division 2 judge of the Memphis Municipal Court 1.
