Terry L. Bell is the county executive of Warren County, Tennessee, and is seeking another term in the August 6, 2026 county general election 12. Bell won the Republican nomination in the May 2026 primary and faces Democratic nominee J.C. Petit Jr. and independent candidates James Ferrell and Jason McEwen 2.
Office history
As county executive, Bell is the elected head of the county's executive branch and its chief financial officer; he prepares the docket for the monthly Warren County Commission meetings and helps prepare the annual county budget 1. He also chairs the county commission, chairs the county's Financial Management Committee, sits on the Redistricting committee, and serves ex officio on the commission's standing committees 13.
