Vincent was first elected to the commission in August 1996, succeeding his father, Johnny Vincent, who had served 18 years 1. He serves on the Health, Education and Economic Development Committee and the Public Safety Committee 1.
Family
Vincent is married to the former Jennifer James of Martin, and they have two children 1.
