David Arthur Frump is a candidate for a county commission seat in North Carolina.
Frump holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a concentration in urban planning and minority affairs. He earned two graduate degrees: a Master of Arts in Strategic Planning and a Master of Arts in Foreign Relations. He served in the United States Navy for 25 years before retiring.
Following his military retirement, Frump worked as a broadcast journalist. He subsequently served as a congressional representative for a defense contractor, representing defense industry interests before members of Congress. He has also worked as a building contractor. He is currently retired.
Frump is married and has a daughter.
