Career
Warren was first elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives in 2010, representing District 76 (Rowan County) for 15 years across eight terms. Before and during his legislative tenure he worked as a human resources specialist for Tar Heel Capital Corporation, accumulating more than 30 years of experience hiring, training, and developing people.
