David Stuckenberg was one of the Republican candidates on Tennessee's 2024 Super Tuesday presidential primary ballot (March 5, 2024), receiving 352 votes (0.06%) 3. He was a long-shot candidate and withdrew from the race on March 26, 2024.
Background and education
Stuckenberg earned a B.S. from the University of Central Missouri, an M.A. in politics from George Washington University, and a Ph.D. in international security from King's College London.
Career
Stuckenberg served in the U.S. Air Force for nearly a decade as a special operations pilot, flying more than 150 combat missions and earning the Air Medal and six Aerial Achievement Medals. He subsequently served at the Joint Chiefs of Staff and as a strategic policy fellow at the U.S. Department of State. He is co-founder and CEO of Genesis Systems, a Tampa-based company that developed the WaterCube, a device designed to extract between 1,000 and 2,000 gallons of potable water per day from atmospheric humidity.
