Background
Marsh lives on East Andrew Johnson Highway in Chuckey 1. Her husband, Alan Marsh, treasurer of the Greene County Republican Party, sought a District 2 seat as a Republican in the May 2026 primary; explaining her own independent bid, Marie Marsh said, "I'm running with my husband.
