Background and education
Hutchenson is a Clarksville native and a 1991 graduate of Northwest High School 1.
Career
He has more than 20 years of experience in child welfare and six years in education at Genesis Teen Learning Center, a private alternative school and day-treatment program serving court-ordered youth 1. He is head of Hasan Temple No. 150, a constituent temple of the Prince Hall Shriners (AEAONMS) 1.
