John "Johnny" Perales ran as a challenger for Millington, Tennessee Alderman Position 7 in the 2024 municipal election. Incumbent Mike Caruthers defeated him and fellow challenger Charles Reed in that race. Perales also serves on the Millington Board of Mayor and Aldermen in Position 4.
