James "Jimmy" Hedgepath is the incumbent Cheatham County commissioner for District 6, which covers the Kingston Springs area, and one of two Republican nominees on the August 6, 2026 county-general ballot for the district's two seats, alongside fellow Republican Clint Biggers and Democrat Jan Morrison. District 6 is a "Vote For TWO" contest 12.
