Career
Rosenbaum serves as executive director of the Fentress County Chamber of Commerce [3]. In that role he was a leading advocate for restoring emergency medical care to the county after its hospital closed, telling the Daily Yonder that "when it comes to emergency care, minutes matter" and describing how residents had been routed to Livingston or Crossville by ambulance or helicopter during the four-year gap in local service [3].
