Rodney Joe King, of Powell, Tennessee, is an independent candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Tennessee's 3rd Congressional District (covering Chattanooga and the surrounding East Tennessee area) in the 2026 election. He is one of several independent candidates slated for the November 3, 2026 general-election ballot, alongside Dean Arnold, Jean Howard-Hill, Donnie Lynn Ownby, and Edward John Roland; Republican incumbent Chuck Fleischmann and Democrats Anna Golladay and Bryan Martin are also seeking the seat.1
