He is one of several independent candidates slated for the November 3, 2026 general-election ballot, alongside Dean Arnold, Jean Howard-Hill, Donnie Lynn Ownby, and Edward John Roland; Republican incumbent Chuck Fleischmann and Democrats Anna Golladay and Bryan Martin are also seeking the seat.1
