Per his own account, Bullock's office has added Saturday hours, a partial-payment plan for current taxes, a tax-relief program for senior and disabled homeowners, a policy preventing bankruptcy filers' taxes from going to tax sale, early-payment discount incentives, and an investment program that has generated more than $7 million in county interest income 2.
