Oscar Brooks

Mr. Brooks has been a resident of Arlington since December 1979. He was elected to his first term as Alderman in the 2003 municipal election and was recently re-elected in August 2022. He would like to see the Town grow with more retail business, more sports programs for youth, and to make Arlington the best place possible to live and raise a family.

Career Foreman for FKI Logistex Integration Division (a designer and manufacturer of conveyor systems)

Civic Alderman, Town of Arlington, 2003 to present; Active in Arlington Athletic Association for the past 13 years, President for 4 years; member of Parks & Recreation Committee for the last 4 years

Religion Baptist

Education Graduate of Bolton High School in Arlington; attended Memphis State University for 2 years
