I would have to admit, I carry myself with extreme pride, because of values that were bestowed upon me growing up in Memphis, TN. The Hamilton Community located on the historic southside of the city, provided me with a monumental education on life, successful principals that have remained unaffected by my time on Earth. I’m a proud Hamilton Alum and grateful for the traditional education that I received from the school, instead it was the fascinating resilient people of the community who were the most influential to my development and to them I owe.

Growing up at 1076 South Parkway East was an amazing experience. I was gifted the opportunity to see working class people move the community forward with hard work and perseverance. There was a happy vibe that is no longer there and with this reality I am saddened, yet invigorated, humbled, yet fired up. I’m eager and determined to represent not only my community but the entire city, because my community isn’t the only one that suffered.

I'm ready to represent all Memphians that want to see the Bluff CITY move forward. I am the leader that the people need to push the city forward starting RIGHT NOW. Who is Reggie you ask?
