He was an incumbent when reelected in 2022 alongside challenger John Anthony Mashburn, defeating Steve Bringle.[1][2]\n\n## Family\nKelley is one of two sons of the late Bill S. \"Billy Sunday\" Kelley of Burlison, a retired farmer who served two terms as a Tipton County Court magistrate and on the boards of the Tipton County Farm Bureau and Tipton County Farmers Cooperative.
